What this site collects
Short version: the website collects nothing. There is no form, no cookie, no analytics tag and no third-party request on any page you have loaded.
The website
Every asset on this site — the stylesheet, the two typefaces, the one small script that opens the mobile menu, the share image — is served from this domain. Nothing is fetched from a content delivery network, an advertising network, a font service, a tag manager or a social platform. Loading a page here therefore tells no company but the host that you were here.
The site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. There is no contact form, no chat widget, no newsletter sign-up and no tracking pixel, so there is no place on the site where you can hand us personal information even if you wanted to.
What the host records
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, it writes ordinary request logs — the IP address the request came from, the page asked for, the time, the browser's user-agent string — and it uses them to serve the site and to defend it from abuse. We do not add anything to those logs and we do not build profiles from them. Cloudflare's own handling of that data is governed by their privacy policy, not by this page.
What we keep from a phone call
When you call Oceanfront Range Service to book a repair we write down what the job needs: a name, a service address, a callback number, the appliance model and the symptom. After the visit we keep the estimate, the invoice and the part numbers fitted, because the labor and parts warranty is meaningless if we cannot look up what we did and when.
That record is kept for as long as any warranty on the work is live, and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require it. It is not sold, rented, traded or handed to a marketing company, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
Who else sees it
Parts distributors receive a model and serial number when we order a component — nothing about you personally beyond a shipping destination when a part is drop-shipped. Payment handling and accounting are the only other places your details go, and only as far as completing and recording the transaction requires.
Your say
Ask us on the phone what we hold on your address and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except where a live warranty or a legal retention rule means we cannot — in which case we will say which one applies and when it expires.
Reaching us
By telephone, on the number published throughout this site. We are a mobile service in Jacksonville Beach, Florida with no walk-in counter, which is why no street address is published here. If this page ever changes, the date at the top of it changes with it.
