We regularly find a built-in appliance with less clearance behind it than its installation spec calls for, running hotter than it should, and a control board that fails early because of it. That is worth knowing before you replace the same board twice. ## Outdoor kitchens are the other half of the workload The rate of outdoor cooking equipment in 32250 is high, and outdoor equipment takes the worst of everything: salt aerosol, rain, and overnight condensation with no conditioned room to dry it out between uses. Crossover ports block, burner tubes corrode through, valve stems stiffen, and drip trays perforate at their folded seams first.
