One diagnostic fee, one written estimate, one number to approve. ## The visit, step by step ### 01 — You call and describe the fault Have the model number from the rating plate if you can reach it. Tell us what the appliance is doing, not what you think is broken. Some faults we can rule out on the phone, and we will say so rather than book a visit. ### 02 — We diagnose on site for a flat fee $129, the same figure whatever the appliance and however long the diagnosis takes. It is credited toward the repair when you approve the work. ### 03 — You get the number in writing You get a written estimate before any part is ordered or any labor begins. Parts, labor and the return trip are itemised. Nothing is ordered until you say yes. ### 04 — We fit genuine parts Genuine OEM parts only. Aftermarket burner caps and blower wheels are cheaper and they fail sooner in salt air, so we do not fit them. ### 05 — The work is warranted 90 days on labor and 365 days on parts from the date of the repair. If the same fault comes back inside that window, the return visit is on us. ## What we will not do - We service Wolf cooking appliances and nothing else. If you have another brand in the same kitchen, we are not the right call for it. - We are an independent company.
